Great time :)
All the workers were very nice & accommodating. Everyone was welcoming from start to finish. Pamela helped us get situated & was able to get us a taxi back to the airport when we were leaving. The drinks were great, the housekeepers were very friendly & hardworking. We will definitely come again!

The place is huge…. The service really good..
The thing that stands out here is the service… For a place this big it amazes me that they can pull it off. Quality of food at pools was just average and the banquet food at breaks was about average. Don’t know if we will return. It is worth the price you pay but you must be ready for a very large resort.

Moon palace sunrise!
Stef, Manuel L, Manuel P, Rene, and Fernada welcomed us in right away when we got here at pier 8. Service was great and they were super funny and friendly! Definitely recommend coming here for great food, service, and drinks!
