Moon Palace Jamaica All Inclusive Resort

We spent four days at this resort and would go back there in a flash. The amenities, food and variety were excellent. Very comfortable and clean, every little things seems to be taken care of carefully. Outstanding staff members, I would like to mention Althea, Shanakay, Glendon, Michael and Jayden (by the swimming pool) because of their warmth, efficiency and kindness. We are definitely coming back!

My family of 4 stayed at this resort in February 2023. I will start with the positives. The resort staff were very good and accommodating. From the staff the front desk to housekeeping, to bars and restaurants, all were very kind. The food is average to good. Alot of variety at the buffet and most of the food was good. We made reservations for Momo one night and were a little disappointed with the food. However, it was entertaining and worth trying. Pier 8 food was good but again, not great. The coffee shop was great and we usually visited a couple of times each day for ice cream or to try various deserts. The entertainment at night as very good and there was live music at Pier 8 some nights, and that was very good as well. The rooms were a little small but nice and bathrooms very clean. A couple of big negatives. While the view is nice, the beach is very small and there really isn't much room at all. I would not recommend going here if your focus is the beach. Also, there were not enough chairs on the beach/pool area. While we were there, it was extremely difficult to get chairs to sit by the pool or on the beach which was very disappointing. Apparently, people go out early morning and place towels on chairs to save them and there were never enough chairs. Finally, one day there was a shortage of towels both in the room and pool towels. Housekeeping said they didn't have any. We had to call the front desk to ask for towels but they were delivered in the afternoon so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, while we enjoyed the resort, the beach and lack of chairs were very disappointing.

I celebrated my birthday week with family and friends on the beautiful island of Jamaica. We stayed at the beautiful Moon Palace Resort in Ocho Rios. I had an amazing time! Shout out to all the staff members I had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food and drinks were great, the entertainment was incredible and the spa was so relaxing. I Ioved and enjoyed the birthday love they showed us. And shout out to the ScubaCaribe staff omg they showed us a great time! Thank you all for making this trip one of my best trips ever! One Love!
