Nightmare
Cons: Company cancelled my original booking 3 days before my trip because of their own billing issue. Then told me to rebook at the new higher market price. Would not honor original price, no matter how high up the management chain I went. No service at all. I get this is not a hotel, but I would expect some minimum service. When my son got sick with diarrhea and we ran out of TP, the front desk refused to give me any. Room has kitchen, but not even salt is provided. Good luck trying to get new towels. The hotel runs out of chairs on the beach by 9am. There’s no where close to enough for everyone. So be prepared to get your towel and belongings very sandy. Partial sea views rooms can only see the sea if you hang one foot over your balcony. TVs don’t work. And if you need help, guess what... Pros: The rooms are otherwise nice and clean The beach is decent, except for the Portuguese Man o War we had visit and clear the entire beach for several hours. The hotels next door are closed and dilapidated, so that means less people on the beach.
