Always a perfect stay
The Mondrian is my go to hotel whenever Im in LA with friends and it never disappoints. It already starts when you enter the hotel because it smells sooo nice. I love the new design of the rooms and how spacious the studio suites are. The pool and the skybar are always my fav spot to hang out. It was my first time at Casa Madera and the food was delious. Overall an amazing stay as usual and I will be back :)

Extraordinary service from the staff.
Extraordinary service from the staff. I arrived and was having issues with my UBER app and I had a meeting. James (concierge) offered to book an Uber using his application so he did I used his name (as a passenger - Uber drivers ask) and got to my appointment on time. I paid James in cash for the cost of the ride - which is fair) The main point his service to me the guest was above and beyond. Thank you James. Also the chap at the entry and at reception, assisted me next day with my phone to get everything working again, I wish I remembered their names. All and all everyone treated me with unbelievable service - thankyou.

Great experience
Very modern and nice and cozy I enjoyed every aspect of my stay, I hope to stay again really soon.. Bed was exceptional comfortable. Only suggestion I would give would be for the floors to be done…they really could use a redue or at the minimum a waxing. Thank you
