We came here as a couple, and I still dream about this holiday now. It was a dream from start to finish, the hotel is finished to an incredibly high standard, the room was amazing and spotlessly clean & the swim up pool was a great asset to have for some peace and quiet away from the families. There is food choices for everyone and a daily beach BBQ. It was my birthday on the third day of our holiday and the hotel delivered a lovely birthday breakfast to our room and cake - I would definitely return.

We stayed here in August in 2022, myself and my boyfriend. The rooms are fantastic, really beautiful and we paid extra for a sea view. The buffet food is good but gets a bit boring after a while. The restaurants that you have to book have better food, but nothing 'incredible' if i'm honest. The beach is great, the beds are so comfortable. The beach lunches are great, but again, could get a bit boring. I think a week here was enough for us as there isn't really anything much to do. But the hotel itself is really beautiful and the staff are lovely.

The middle was amazing but the start and end of the holiday was not the best On arriving to the hotel we were amazed at how beautiful it was, we were greeted with the most refreshing drinks, we were in love straight away then we got taken to our "superior swim up room" from arriving at the room it all went down hill it was not the room we had paid for (see pics) we had a sandbox outside of our room and another persons front door, the pool was only accessible to the people next to us We went straight to the reception and was met with a very hostile response that in fact that is a swim up room and there was nothing he could do, we had to insist and show him picture evidence he then said his hands are tied and would have to wait for his supervisor to come in the next day to see if they could do anything, that night we couldn't fully enjoy ourselves because we had to get up early to see the supervisor we also couldn't unpack because we wasn't in our room we had paid for so we had to get whatever was at the top of the suitcase. The next day we go to see the supervisor she told us to come back later on.... we went back later on and she said there was a room available but it had to be cleaned I think we ended up finally getting in the room around 2pm we didn't get so much as a sorry, it really put us off but when we got into our new room our holiday could finally start and it was a beautiful room (see pics) and it was an actual swim up room The food was lovely for the most part, we enjoyed the snack bars mostly, the restaurants were okay but we did enjoy the Asian restaurant the most, the mini fridge was topped up daily and if they noticed you liked something they would put more of that in which was thoughtful the maids were so lovely and had the rooms absolutely spotless, the beach was nice but we didn't spend much time there we stayed around our swim up pool and was amazed to find they do bar service from there which was a lovely touch The drinks were amazing and the bar staff an absolute pleasure to be around the entertainment was really good too although the fire pit outside was never turned on we later learned this was because they had ran out of gas for it they also ran out of some spirits on the last few days as we didn't realise it was end of season The last 2 days were a little bit unsettling as we were told by OTHER GUESTS that the hotel shut the day before we were due to go home we were never informed of this and didn't know why the hotel didn't tell us on checking in or why we were even allowed to book after the day it shuts, so when we found out we asked the hotel and they confirmed but said that there would still be food/ drinks available I asked if we could book late check out they said yes but wanted to charge us I disputed this and only heard from them the day of leaving they said since it was the last day we could have the room for the whole day. The last day was basically just waiting around all day most of the snack bars had shut there was a small amount of food put on and they had taken all the sun lounger mattresses off and started to drain the pools in the end we waited in the bar at the reception but the bar staff looked after us and made sure we had a drink until we finally checked out and went home Apart from the few mishaps the hotel all in all was lovely and very clean which was such a bonus, we would go back, just not end of season this time apart from the reception staff everyone else was absolutely lovely and so attentive
