Can’t fault the apartment, exactly what was shown on the photos and how it was described lovely location. However the lifeguard on duty daily on the complex was very rude,disrespectful and seemed determined to make sure we didn’t have any fun whilst being around the pool,even when following the correct rules. You are made to shower before the pool which is one of there rules which we all followed but if someone accidentally did not turn the shower off properly meant you got whistled at and shouted at.He also made me and my family feel awkward as he would just sit and stare at us regardless of being in the pool or sunbathing. Whenever we were confronted by the lifeguard he always made a problem wether that be moving a sunbed closer to a family member and then being shouted at to leave it and then he walked over and physically picked the sunbed up and tipped it to put our towels on the floor.The lifeguard allowed the boys to play with a ball which was controlled and played gently however was stopped because he had decided it wasn’t allowed the boys then played the next day for half an hour and again he allowed it but then decided to change his mind and say they weren’t allowed to play as it’s sport related and you can’t play any sports near the pool.There was a little boy playing with his ball as well and he decided to then take the ball of him. Made me and my family feel as though we were in a prison and weren’t allow to enjoy our holiday. Such a shame as the apartments and location are very beautiful. Would not recommend any children or teenagers to come to this complex because of the lifeguard.

The rooms are very spacious and finished in marble, the bathrooms are well equipped and we had a penthouse with a good balcony. They are a little sparse with only just enough furniture and too few coat hangers etc. These are minor points but the pool was closed when we stayed in early May which was a blow and is why I’ve marked them down. The place is really secure with locked gates, manned security gatehouse and really good locks on the individual apartment doors. All in all a nice spot, really clean and cool in the hot weather

Stayed here as a group of 6 and the apartments and grounds were lovely and well maintained. We booked these apartments specifically because they had a pool and as a group we would not have booked anywhere in Spain without an outdoor pool when going on holiday. Upon arrival, we were advised that the pool is not open yet and cannot be used by guests at all. I have been speaking with management since and explained that they shouldnt advertise the apartments with a pool when it is unavailable at certain times. There is no mention of the pool being seasonal or only opening from the start of June on their website. As a result, we had to pay daily to visit beach clubs (there is a lovely 5 start hotel around the corner with cabana beds on the beach), paying 60 EUR a day to be able to do so. This was extremely disappointing and I booked the apartments for the rest of the group so felt responsible that the apartments had been misadvertised. Great location otherwise, it is a bit of a faff without their being a check in desk on site. Security are a bit keen and rude sometimes but I understand why as it appears some of the apartments are residential. Management offered me a 10% discount on my next booking with them because of the pool but I do not feel this is fair or representative of the additional cost to us on our holiday. There is a risk the pool wouldnt be available again so I will not be booking again in the future.
