Amazing service and views! The staff were really helpful and even gave us a free upgrade and were easy with splitting payments. The room was clean and we left feeling really happy with our overall experience, it was last minute and a great success. xx

We reported that the room's carpet was filthy. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a clogged tub and sink, hair visibly clogging the drain, dirty walls, and a broken light switch. The cabinet intended for the refrigerator was broken, with no appliance inside. When we requested an immediate room change, we were informed that there were no available rooms at either property. The restaurant, still advertised on the website, had been closed for years. We conveyed to Loriane, DM that the hotel's actual state did not match its online portrayal. Her reply was dismissive, likening it to a fast-food advertisement when your burger does not look as advertised. I chose not to engage further with that comparison. Regardless of her approach, it remains clear that the senior management, shareholders, and stakeholders need to dedicate more attention and resources to maintaining these properties and updating the website to reflect what the hotel is like inside.

Room next door too noisy hotel staff not very friendly but in general it was okay just needed a place to sleep the night but I thought for the location it would be better also why it no minibar in the room.. that’s pretty standard for any hotel I believe
