Millennium Plaza Hotel Dubai

We have just returned from a week at the Millennium Place hotel in Dubai Marina and are so happy to be able to say what a great holiday we had thanks to this wonderful hotel, location and staff. The hotel is spotless and the staff a true credit to it. Everything was perfect and we were made feel so welcome every single time we entered the hotel. We were contacted by house keeping 3 times in 6 days to enquire if we were ok or needed anything at all. I’ve never ever experienced that before! The cleanliness, facilities & location were all perfect. We had a double room with a very large patio but did tk it’s location and the surrounding high buildings it was quiet dark. As was the outdoor pool on the 2nd floor. But there is a fab beach 10 minutes walk away where we paid €50 for 2 sun loungers, towels & shower tokens each day. A bit pricey but worth the comfort of the lovely safe clean beach. There are a number of restaurants and shops in the pavilion area there known as The Beach. The hotel is across the road from the metro station which is simple & cheap to use. We used it to go to the big shopping malls & to get a real taste of Dubai & it worked out perfectly. There are so many amazing restaurants beside the hotel to choose from, all serving delish inexpensive food. We didn’t get a chance to have dinner in the hotel but breakfast & the cafe had a really lovely selection of food served by very polite friendly staff. We will definitely return & look forward to our next stay at the wonderful Millennium Place hotel. Well done to each and every one of the staff! Such a pleasure to have met them. Many thanks all. This is an excellent place to stay during your visit at Dubai. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and with everything that you need, the cleaning crew is very good with all the details. The breakfast buffet is great, the staff is efficient and very fast to take care of your needs. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, literally the metro station is few meters away, also supermarket, pharmacies, money exchange business and restaurants at few minutes of walking distance. I have to mention in a special way to Mr. Riyaz, Mr. Akthar and Mr. Rodal that went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and were all attentive to not just our needs but also to the one of other guests.

Awful customer service, rooms covered with dust. No 5* luxury feeling about it. If that’s what you want then this is not the place. Poor management who doesn’t want to hear your concerns.
