Another lovely stay at Mezzanine
My husband and I really enjoy staying at Mezzanine when we visit Tulum. Even if we stay somewhere else we always come and spend a day or two (or three!) of our visit enjoying their restaurant after a swim in the ocean right at the bottom of the steps. This time there was a room available and so we were also able to enjoy all the guest amenities like the hammocks and lounges with a view of the lovely aquamarine waves. The staff is all so kind, they served us delicious margaritas and smoothies right there in our hammocks! We love the Thai restaurant and our breakfast options were really fantastic as well. Don’t miss the fish in banana leaf, it is quite delicious! The basic room is well appointed and very comfortable. They offer many little extras to make it even more comfortable like a very cool pour-over coffee carafe and evening tea and chocolates brought to the room. We had a flight change that brought us a day early and we were able to snag the main suite for one night which was an extra treat. We felt spoiled with our private hot tub overlooking the ocean and stunning views from the room. We also walked down to their sister location Mi amor and had a lovely dinner one night. We keep coming back to Mezzanine and they take very good care of us each time.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff!!
This hotel is beyond amazing. Not only were the rooms, the restaurant, and the view just incredible, but the staff bent over backward to make our stay one of the best we have had in Tulum. Carlos, the manager, Stephanie, the concierge, Ulysse, the waiter - all helped us in ways that go beyond words. Stay here and you will never regret it! Unforgettable experience!!!

Surround yourself with good vibes
Our trip preparations were made easy and smooth without mistakes thanks to STEPHANIE. She was happy to help us with everything! If I had questions about helicopter rides she would research and get back to me with different options. The team goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. I was feeling under the weather after hours and the front office staff sent a taxi to the pharmacy and got me medicine. I felt surrounded by friends.
