From start to finish, this trip did not disappoint. We arrived for our stay at The Level and was taken to The Level check in area where we were offered a drink. We were shown the lounge which was super comfy and relaxed. Drink and snacks were available throughout the day. We were then shown to our room which was beautiful! The attentive staff are a credit to the hotel, particularly the staff working in The Level. We will definitely return.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the rooms were lovely and clean, we got the sea view rooms which overlooks the marina. (Beautiful) breakfast was lovely every morning, great selection of food. The bar at night was so relaxing and very affordable. Pool was out of use due to maintenance which wasn’t great. It’s great they do offer a spa just a short walk away from the pool but it’s at a cost. To use the spa/ gym it’s 15 euros per person for only 2 hours! Which is extortionate. To pay that much you should at least have it longer than 2 hours. When arriving to the hotel we noticed road works and building works outside of the hotel, very loud all day, so if you’re sitting on your balcony it’s a headache. It doesn’t state anywhere on their website there would be building works outside and inside the property. Apart from that a perfect stay. We will definitely be back, it is a lovely hotel with stunning features, just a few minor issues

We stayed at the Melia Palma Marina for 6 nights in May 2022. We chose it for the location and because it looked like a lovely hotel. The location was excellent, right on the promenade with great views overlooking the marina and all the lovely boats. A lovely 20-30 min walk along the promenade, which is all beautifully pathed, will get you to the old town and cathedral, lovely in the early evening. The rooms are modern and clean although a little small for a couple and toddler, but fine, the lobby is large and beautifully decorated. the breakfast is plentiful, lots of choice and delicious. The main negative with this hotel is the pool. It is quite small and is not heated. We visited in May and the days were hot but even then the pool was ice cold and you couldn't spend too long in it and with a 2 year old he wasn't keen at all on going in, which was a real shame. There also were not enough sunbeds, the area around the pool was vast and there was plenty of room to have more beds, but for some reason there wasn't enough. People were laying on towels on the concrete or sitting on chairs at tables constantly surveying for the next beds to become free.
