We stayed at this hotel in October thinking it would be a little quiet, but very busy to the extent it was hard to find a table in the dining room, for breakfast or evening meal, so tightly backed in, but the food was good, when asked about not enough time(as breakfast was till 9/30)I'm on holiday, I was told by reception to come down as they opened at 7/30. The staff in the restaurant worked so hard to get everyone a table. The bar at night, you were lucky to get a seat or sit outside, and as time went on it got colder. The hotel has got bigger but the social areas have not expanded, the entertainment was made by the hotel guests, the team were very poor. So would not recommend, no luxuries for the price we paid, and from the travel agents didn't see or get all the information, to got to the beach you had to cross a dule carriageway or a storm dran under the road, not in the information.

I stayed at this property in October Half Term with my family and children aged 6 & 12. How this hotel is rated 4 stars baffles me. Reasons below: Food The food was of poor quality, the hot food was always lukewarm at the most and very little choice for children. My children mainly ate dessert and ice-cream. Entertainment There was no daytime entertainment for the children. The evening entertainment consisted of a quiz and karaoke with nothing on the last 3 evenings as we were told the staff had gone home as it was end of season. This should have been communicated prior to guests arriving as keeping the children entertained was high on the priority list for us. Location Location was around half hour walking to the town and although the beach was advertised as only 400 metres away it failed to state that a busy dual carriageway was between the two and you either had to risk running across the road or squatting under a tunnel further down the street. All Inclusive The drinks were awful even the soft drinks. The wine was like vinegar and spirits really poor quality. As an all inclusive you were only able to choose from local Vodka, Gin, Brandy and house wine and anything more than that you had to pay for, including bottled water. All inclusive drinks served in plastic cups with no extras i.e., lemon/lime. Facilities Pool was slimy with a green tide. A lot of the sunbeds were a broken, the lifeguard (if you could call him that) was just a man sat at the end of the bar with a whistle and always on his phone. God help if someone needed saving and the main pool didn’t even have a lifeguard. The arcade was very tatty, pool cues didn’t even have tips. Table tennis was so difficult with no netting surrounding it so that most of the time you spent retrieving the ball from bushes or slide pool. Tennis Court Astro was ripped and torn and needed repairing. Accommodation Rooms were very dated, bathroom was smelly, random fan switch in the shower and was loose hanging out of the wall and the shower was head full of grime and held up with an elastic band. General I appreciate that we went end of season, but I felt that everything was closing around us. Snack bar closed on the last 2 days, no entertainment last 3 evenings and you could tell that staff had enough. I had paid for a full 7-day, 4-star facility and should have been notified prior to staying there that not all activities or facilities would available. This was the first time I managed to persuade my husband to go All Inclusive and this did not convince him in the least to do it again. To end on a positive note Reception staff were helpful and polite especially night reception lady.
