Not 4-Star
Our room was small, dark and cold with very basic facilities. Not nearly good enough for a 4-star hotel. Lamps were not working and the bathroom sink was blocked. We reported these things to Reception but no-one bothered to respond. On the plus side, the room was clean, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. This could be a great hotel with some improvements to the bedrooms.

This hotel is far frombeing 4 stars but is 2 star hotel. - beds have blanket like hostals and feels unhygienic and uncomfortable - there is no 4 star toileterie - all needs. Big renovation - ancient tv

Excellent choice
Fantastic location next to Ramplas and Gothic area.Helpful and friendly staff .Very clean.Great variety of food at breakfast.Next to the hotel you can find supermarket ,restaurants and mini markets.Spacious rooms especially those looking at the front.The hotel has been renovated recently and has been a real historic building in the past.
