If in Milan, would choose another hotel
The rooms were dark and the cleanliness was less than desired. The rooms don’t have real carpet, but some plastic-like fabric - felt dirty walking on the floor. The bathrooms were dark and had not been properly cleaned - we had to call for a deep cleaning as you could see urine stains on marbled walls. The front desk staff was just mediocre, not the most friendly. For the price we paid, expected more from hotel. Also, location is a bit far from the city center. If I were to visit Milan again, would likely stay closer to il Duomo. Given my experience and first time at a Melia hotel, would likely not choose one again.

Poorly designed and managed hotel
Nice pictures, but poorly designed and poorly run hotel. Air conditioning does not work property. Switched to another room and also very hot. The shower pressure very poor. Some Rooms are very dark. Manager does not call you back. Will not stay there again.

Very poor parking experience
Good location near city center. Dog friendly, small park across entrance. Cramped space for car at entrance for unloading luggage. Very bad parking experience: during reservation we were told that the hotel had a private parking, and we explicitly requested parking suitable for our new large car (accepted higher parking fee € 55,-). Upon arrival we were send to a not very clean public parking with unfriendly personnel, using a car lift not suitable for large cars. Friendly desk staff. Nice interior design, though our bathroom was not well maintained. Breakfast at rooftop bar excellent.
