First class experience at MO Prague
First class experience. The hotel & spa are very special and hugely characterful, being in an ex monastery with much of the original fabric preserved, which adds to the experience. The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but is only a short walk over the bridge to get to the action. Service was impeccable, befitting the brand. The staff couldn’t do more for me & the little things stood out. I was always being made to feel like a VIP, for example offering me a fruit bowl when I checked out and a lovely gift on my birthday. Special mention goes to Florian, the front office manager, Andrew and the concierge team. First rate and highly recommended.

our trip was amazing and the service and hospitality at the mandarin was excellent. i would go back in a heart beat and recommend it to anyone traveling to prague. the entire staff was attentive and kind!

Such a great stay!
Such a great stay! We were meant to visit in 2019, but had to postpone, and we ended up being here for my boyfriends birthday - they even made him a cake with our picture (along with our beloved dogs who were our entire world and we’d lost in the past year, 6 weeks apart) on it! So thoughtful and really just the sweetest stuff. The restaurant was also amazing! We were pretty shocked as we did not have high hopes for Japanese food in Prague, but it was really phenomenal!
