Mandarin Oriental New York

Large, comfortable, and warm. A lovely experience all around. We used the spa, the restaurant, the bar and room service. All were delightful. We were pleased to find such a fantastic place in the midst of a very busy city. Highly recommend for business.

We're MO fans and MO NYC is typically our hotel of choice whenever we're visiting the city. We like the fact that the property is located next to Central Park, convenient for us for morning runs. The hotel staff also includes a Central Park running map + water/towels by the bell desk which is a very nice touch for us runners post run before heading to our room. Check in was professional and efficient. We were greeted with friendliness by the MO team everywhere we went throughout the property. We had a beautiful view of the Hudson river in our room. Although the room is starting to look like it's got a little wear (carpet), our bed was comfortable and bathroom amenities were well stocked by the thoughtful Bessie in housekeeping. Even though complimentary coffee and tea is provided in the lobby every morning, we do wish we have a kettle and coffee machine in our room so we can make our beverage in our own convenience. Breakfast in the beautiful lounge is something we look forward to every day. We loved enjoying our first meal of the day sitting next to a stunning view. As guests on property, it was nice not needing to make any reservations prior.

We loved everything and were very well attended to by the entire staff! The location is fantastic and the views are amazing! We loved the little extras like the turn down service and chocolates left. Everything in the hotel and room was top quality and elegant!
