Wonderful Visit!
Recently attended my son's wedding and related events at this beautifully situated resort. Stayed in a "King" room in the Village Center building that was quiet, comfortable and clean. Bathroom featured a spa-bathtub that was quite soothing and relaxing. Although there was a microwave and small coffee maker, there was no mini-fridge. The view from the room was of the ski lifts and slopes behind the resort. The Village Center is conveniently located to the Plaza where all of the shops and restaurants are located. As it was the last weekend of the summer season, only the Village Market & Deli was open most of the time. Almost all the entire wedding party was able to stay on the Resort property which made it very convenient for attending the rehearsal dinner that was held at Purgy's Restaurant just above the Plaza. All front desk and resort staff were extremely helpful in providing directions and helping with any issues identified by guests. An overall super stay!

Disappointing rooms
The male front desk staff member was very rude and patronising. The room was horrible and felt depressing. I would not stay here again. There is no air conditioning and the room are small and dirty and tired.

Read Cancellation Policy Carefully
The front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending when trying to inquire about cancelling our 1 night reservation. Make sure to read their fine print on the cancellation policy and the very specific "HOLIDAY" calendar. Management would not budge on the policy. When calling they did state a full refund is available for 45 days before arrival date and our email states 30 days.
