I arrived after a nightmare journey and was visibly upset. Jeni on reception was so kind to me and made sure I was well-looked after. Best service I’ve ever had in a hotel and I travel a lot for work. The staff here are always so nice and I’m younger and admittedly more casual than the usual business traveller so often get overlooked. Thank you, Jeni for being so lovely. The hotel itself is fabulous, lovely soft beds and bedding.

Its an upcoming uniquely styled hotel and we can see the extra effort from everyone to pull off a great experience. Rooms have automatic curtains, interesting lighting like mood lights and beautiful pool and jacuzzi areas. Service by concierge (Ramesh, Anista) were amazing - especially taking an extra effort in ensuring no frills experience. House keeping was perfect - and there were check-ins by staff for optional cleaning for 2nd time in a day if needed. Breakfast options and service were mixed - the egg related hot breakfast options were plenty though I did not find rotation of items like mashed potatoes. Most Staff took extra care while few did not care when I called out that milk has gone sour for benefit of others.

This is an excellent hotel at a good location two minutes away from old Street station on the northern line in London Central. The rooms are very well appointed, everything works, cleaning of the room is meticulous and done at an early time if you wish, and you will have comfort in a very good central location surrounded by supermarkets, stores, restaurants and the Tube. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The facilities, being the pool and the Spa, are also of good quality and also I found out the room prices were very reasonable for the services on offer. I would highly recommend it without any reservations.
