Luxury Suites Amsterdam

I share my experience in this hotel: starting with my reservation I paid for a royal suite (at 3000 euros / 5 nights) and I received a luxury suite (downgraded don’t know why) which does not resemble the product displayed on the site and when I complained I was treated very badly by the receptionist of the day who hung up the phone on me and who doesn’t know nothing afterwards when I was to the front desk and he left me alone talking , and when I wanted to receive a friend in the evening she was treated badly and refused to let her go up to my room without informing me and the night receptionist had hit her and slit her throat in front of the entrance which ended with the arrival of the police. I do not recommend it because simply they are non-professionals and only employ amateurs without any knowledge of what the hotel industry is and being employed in this field. It’s really shame to get 5 stars with this behavior.

Luxury Suites is an exclusive spot right on the canal and within great walking distance of countless landmarks, restaurants, and public transit stations. The property itself is on a quiet street / canal with only 25 rooms total which resulted in a peaceful and quiet stay for sleeping and relaxing. The amenities and service were top notch - we stayed with our 19month old son in the penthouse suite and they provided a pack-and-play for sleeping as well. Only critique would be that the carpet in our room was pretty worn and used and needs an upgrade. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Spacious suite in a picturesque location overlooking a canal. Excellent staff who were attentive and helpful with all enquiries. We had some technical issues with our first room and accepted an alternative. Would recommend the hotel checks out technical aspects of rooms more frequently to avoid future issues.
