What a mess ! 1) Daily maid service didnt show up - front desk said ''well at 11AM'' there was a do not disturb sign on your door and they didnt bother to check back again ( it was off from 1130AM for the day) 2) USD47 per night for parking - SUPER RIP OFF. Stayed in the Upper Wing and valet was never there, each time had to call to the front desk for my 47 dollar parking and wait for someone to drive up from the bottom to get my car. It was great standing in the pouring rain waiting for my car....Very crappy. 3) Tried to rip me off with a 30 dollar daily resort fee ( water in the room, wifi, ...soon they will add flushing the toilet?). Booking was made direct w/hotel and NO mention of the fee was in the booking. At check-in they told sorry it is now compulsory to pay, even if your booking did not mention the charge. I refused and signed the check in form with a protest note....At check out they deducted only one night from my bill and I refused again..finally they took it all off the bill and told me they won't do it next time...I said ''no worry, there will be no next time''. Finally when I checked out staff told me they would pass my case to the manager and not close my bill as they wanted to give me a discount before closing out the credit card. I was to be emailed...Guess what, no email, credit card charged...when I called the hotel, they hung up on me. This place sucks and I haven't even begun to tell you about how noisy the rooms are..barking dogs, etc.. DONT BOTHER.
Hotel has steadily gone downhill since Covid. Towels worn, gym closed and they had a private event and close hotel bar on Saturday night at 6:30. Complained and reimbursed 1/2 resort fee. Joke response. I been a guest for 8 years at this hotel with friends and everyone had a poor experience.
My wife and I booked this hotel, specifically the Executive Junior Suite room, for a long weekend, and when we checked in, the room look very different than the nice hotel photos. Old, disgusting carpet, missing furniture, missing pillows/trims on the couch and chair. Hotel acknowledged over the phone and in-person that the actual rooms can look different from the photos. We ended up staying for just 1 night and moving to a different hotel.
