Louvre Saint-Honore Hotel

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Louvre. Rooms are small but as advertised and well presented. Nespresso in the room and as many complimentary pods as desired. The reception staff were the epitome of courtesy , friendliness and helpfulness. There are a number of reasonably bistros and brasseries within a 2 minute. The Cafe Palais Royal does a sublime Beef Bourguignon. Bonheur chocolate has hand made choccies to die for. All in all the hotel worked exceptionally well for us

Excellent location. Friendly reception and a great thanks to Helene from the breakfast room. She is a caring, emphatic host. I loved the breakfast. Fresh french pastries, baguettes, high quality butter, fresh juice, pancakes, nutella, jam, honey, fresh fruits, dried fruits, yogurts, cereals and a great selection of cold cuts. Not forgetting the hot selection: eggs, sausages and bacon. A huge coffee machine available 24h. Can't fault anything. Strategic walking distance to Paris main sightseeing. A stone throw to the Louvre and a big shopping centre called Westfield Les Halles. A personal tip for the ladies reading this review is to visit the pharmacy at westfield Les Halles located on the -3 floor. A heaven of well known french cosmetics with amazing prices. Room: Compact yet modern. I assume you only need to sleep as you will be outside most of the time. Comfy beds with firm pillows. Bathroom with a bathtub shower and a decent mirror ilumination for make up lovers. The only little thing that the hotel needs to improve is to supply two types of pillows. We only had firm pillows and we called reception asking for soft ones but he could only give us cushions instead. Other than that, everything was outstanding. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Location is excellent, room was immaculate, breakfast was perfect and staff friendly and helpful. A perfect spot near the Louvre metro stations and Chatelet les Halles and An easy walk to left bank ( rue de Bac) We will definitely return for another stay.
