I stayed at the London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch in October, traveling from the US, and it was simply fantastic from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean, and had so many thoughtful little touches that made my trip so much easier: a US electric socket and multiple USB charging ports; a sturdy umbrella when my travel umbrella broke on a blustery day; bottles of water to take with us while traveling. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff were so accommodating - you could stop by the ground-floor cafe for water, coffee, or tea whenever you liked, for free. The front desk, cafe, and housekeeping staff were so accommodating and really went above and beyond. The location also can’t be beat! I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!
The hotel is in a good location but the housekeeping service is very late in the day. There was a problem with long wait for the elevator. The front desk staff need to be trained to accommodate customers need, the are very uncooperative & not polite. I had very unpleasant experience with front desk manger who was talking to me as if i were one of her employees. I regret the long stay I spent in the hotel and not recommend to stay there.
I stayed for 4 nights at the at the Marriott Hotel Marble Arch with my mum and two sisters from Sweden. Stephanie the General Manager was extremly hlepful and looked after her guest in the most welcoming way. All the staff were wonderful, extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful and an absolute credit to Stepahnie and the Marriott Hotels. We had a drink inthe bar every evining and like to make a special mention to Gaurav, who looked after us on each of the four nights we stayed. He made every effort to welcome us and had such a lovely way in greeting us and interacting with us. Thank you Gaurav! We also felt that the hotel facilities in itself was superb, large room, comfortable beds and bedding. The added extra of water bottles being supplied really made a difference too. The breakfast was also very good, lovely fresh produce and something for everyone. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets we had! We felt we really had a 5 star experience all around.
