Family Vacation
The staff was fantastic! The rooms were clean and great for families and kids. We loved the beach and cabanas. Chris was on the beach helping us and was great! We highly recommend this hotel and location! Great spot in Miami Beach for everyone to enjoy!

Amazing Hotel with great location in Miami Beach
This is my first time at Loews in Miami and has been a great experience. Maria Paz at the front desk was very helpful with our check-in and gave us all the information about the amenities of the hotel. Great attention and service inside the hotel and by the beach. They give you chairs and towels for the pool and the beach. The location is amazing you can walk everywhere from here, you will find restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc. If you need to stay in Miami Beach this is the right place.

Worst bday thank La to Lowe’s. VIP means nothing
I checked in VIP. But waited 3 hrs for my room. Exhausted sweaty and we won’t mention it was my birthday so dinner plans are out the window. I don’t know what they consider what boo is but this ain’t it. I’m soooooo pissd. And no accountability or accommodations for the inconvenience. Get to the room and it’s not the room I paid for or they told me it was. This birthday is wasted. I spent almost all day trying to get to my room. I will never stay at a Lowe’s ever again. EVER
