Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge

I spent quite a while researching what hotel can fit a family of 4 and glad I found this one. I booked directly through their insiders club and saved 10%. Had a huge room with 2 queen beds and view of the Ghirkin (pickle). The hotel is near Tower Hill subway stop and Algate so you can go through the london subway fairly quickly. The pool was nice but limited hours for kids which was a bummer for the kids. Get the buffet breakfast if you can. The omelettes were so good. Huge variety of food and nutella for the kids. They had a kids station too with mini donuts. The biggest problem were the elevators (lifts). I was looking in July and one was down and even when we visited it was still not working. There are 14 floors and one elevator doesn't work. They advised me to use the service elevator which was ok but it was out one day too. I think it is fixed now hopefully. We returned for one last night to get our luggage and we finally found a room there and they gave us a suite with 2 queens, sofa bed and wine. It was lovely. I have told many people to stay here if in London!

It was a fantastic experience, with very welcome staff members (Kiril represents himself as a good receptionist). The room was tidy and light. The hotel's location is very good for all the main tourist attractions, which you can see from your room.

Excellent hotel, have stayed here before and will stay again. Self service breakfast is well prepared and many options. We visited the spa every morning which was wonderful. The reception staff (Hanna) was very helpful and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived.
