AMAZING
Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff are just amazing. The concierge and reception were so helpful. The hotel is very very expensive but I think it's definitely worth it! Best hotel stay ever.

We had some issues, but the hotel more than recovered. We would return.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel many years ago. It was our first holiday together, before we were married. Since our last stay, the hotel has been renovated and is beautiful. We had significant issues with the service. When we arrived, after a long days travelling with children, the beds for the children were not prepared. And it took 3 hours of increasingly irate calls and visits to reception to get the kids beds sorted. To add insult to injury, the next day we were out enjoying Paris, and when we returned to the room it hadn't been cleaned. The hotel management took our issues very seriously and turned it around for us. The room we stayed in was amazing.........expensive, but jaw dropping. And its a great location. If the proof of the pudding is in the eating, we would stay again. We have stayed at Le Bristol and George 5.....despite the issues I would stay here over those other great hotels.Well, maybe.

Excellent beyond imagination
Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed! They couldn’t do enough for us! Daily! The buffet breakfast was breathtaking.. they found out it was our anniversary- they decorated our room beautifully with rose petals and balloons.. there was pastries and fruit in our room daily .. I could go on and on!! We will definitely go back as soon as possible!! The room and hotel were beyond clean. They make sure to ask if you are happy with the room.. daily! Amazing staff. Wonderful place. Tres bien!!
