Overpriced and depressing
First the positives: The front desk staff was nice. The one nice feature of our room was the bathroom. Large and well thought out. Nice finishes. The room was a decent size with a separate living area. But the room was otherwise depressing - dark, old furnishings, and no artwork of any kind on the walls. It was almost prisonlike. Very expensive for what it was. Also, the hotel charges a $40 "destination fee" and then gives you a $40 food credit. Total BS. We tried to order room service and they mixed up our room number so we never got our order. Will not be staying here again.

They still took money from my credit card and I had a vaucher!
We was staying 1 night in this hotel 17/9-24 because our hotel had a water damage and they give a voucher to Le Meridien Park hotel. Unfortunately Le Meridien took 757 dollors from my credit card when I got back to Denmark. I have send 2 emails with pictures of the voucher, calling them many times a day and no response. I am so sad and frustrated. Hope someone from Le Meridien Park hotel read this and will help me? Lene Funck Petersen

Declining service levels
I’m a Platinum Elite and have stayed here many times. It’s always been a reasonable option but this trip was rough. I arrived in the morning as I was on a redeye and so only had two hours to get a quick nap and shower before my day of meetings. After unpacking, I went to my bed and realized it was a “dirty” room that had yet to be cleaned from the last guest. With only two hours to sleep and shower, there was no time to repack, find a new room, and then unpack again. The manager said he’d reach out later with a rectification for the mistake but I never heard from him again. Instead, I had a 1400 dollar hotel bill for a room that hadn’t even been housecleaned. When I called, they claimed to deduct the destination fee and gave me some miles, none of which I saw. Extremely disappointing and a reflection of the continued drop in service levels I’m seeing across Marriott hotels generally.
