Le Burgundy

Worst 5-star experience of my life. I have been traveling worldwide for the past 15 years and this is my first time having to write a 1-star review of a luxury hotel. The staff kept entering our room without permission while we were inside (even with the “do not disturb” signal ON). I had immediate meetings with both the director of operations (Mr. Massimo Spolti) and the General Manager (Mr. Loic Le Berre) to avoid this happening again. They acknowledged the mistake and promised they would take immediate action to avoid this unpleasant and unasked occurrence. As surprisingly as it looks, this trend kept repeating for a total of 4 times! Overall, the people working at Le Burgundy seemed nervous and stressed. While queuing for breakfast, a staff member swore behind a client’s back after a short misunderstanding. These are things you will certainly not expect from any hotel in regardless of their stars. This event was also reported to the hotel management. As we left the hotel we got promised that the General Manager would have got back to us to try to make up for these mistakes. We did not even receive a phone call nor a follow-up. I am extremely disappointed and I would not recommend anyone seeking luxury and comfort to stay at this hotel

Best hotel we’ve stayed in in Paris - and we’ve been many times. The location is terrific; the room we had - admittedly a suite - couldn’t be faulted. Reception, concierge etc - very efficient and very friendly. All in all an excellent experience.

Spent NYE in Paris at Le Burgundy. The rooms were well appointed. 5 diamond amenities including a spa. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all reservation requests and tour requests. I would highly recommend this hotel. Outstanding location.
