La Verda Suites & Villas Dubai Marina

We stayed in a two-bedroom deluxe apartment for ten days in early April. La Verda is perfectly located on the marina with plenty of cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep. The Dubai Marina Mall is barely 10-minute walking distance from the property. You have some mini-supermarkets and pharmacies close by, as well as a private clinic if required. The two-bedroom suite is very spacious (we were three, but could easily accommodate four people), as are the bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The A/C worked perfectly, and each room could be independently adjusted. The wi-fi worked fine. The beds/mattresses were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good, with plenty of available options. A few minor points: some stains on the sofas and carpets in the living room, while the bathroom was not properly cleaned when we first checked in. Also, the shower cabin in one of the bathrooms was not properly sealed along the basin resulting in a small puddle of water outside the cabin. They are most likely the result of “wear and tear”. I believe that La Verda’s strongest point is its staff, everyone was extremely helpful and courteous and always went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. From the front desk, to the staff in the dining/breakfast hall, to the bellboys. La Verda’s manager should be proud of his/her staff. Would definitely stay again if returning to Dubai and plan to stay in the Marina district.

A quiet nice place in the center of Dubai marina. All the hotel team is nice, particularly the restaurant one managed by Mr Faisal Parvez. The only deceiving point - which is not specifically due to the hotel, is the constant noise due to the highway.

We Stay in the Villa what belongs to the Hotel. Our Check-IN fast, super! The Villa, is a Highlight!!! Amazing Standard, and Mega View on Marina Harbour. Mr Adel Hassan, the Hotel Manager have a great Team, and find always the best Tools to have a great Stay,., For us, 4 Adults and 5 Children, will stay again in La Verda Suits and Villas when we come again. Best Prices, book directly in the Hotel, we save so much in compare to Booking etc,. We stayed in so many Hotels in Dubai, but this is the best since we are in Dubai :))
