La Valise Tulum 

I really enjoyed the simplicity of the hotel and the easy, but professional nature of the staff. We never felt hurried or rushed and everyone was willing to answer all our questions. Our room was simple, comfortable, and mixed modern with historic quite well. We would like to try other Le Valise Properties an build a relationship with the Hotel as preferred guests. I do believe and Carlos, Angel and Anai should be given a chance to get more education and move up in the organization. Anai particularly.

I spent 3 nights and all the services were amazing. The best part was the private beach. The food was really good and the stuff was really kind. You can easily visit different cenotes of the area from the Hotel.

Literally the best vacation I've ever had, (and I've had some pretty amazing vacations). First and foremost - Every member of the La Valise, Tulum, staff were incredible, friendly, and went out of their way to provide impecable service. I was celebrating my mile-stone birthday - and everything from a decadent treat with the freshest breakfast - to jaw dropping room decorations when we returned from dinner - made the trip incredible. The views are amazing, the property is incredibly well designed, the beds are comfortable and the ocean-front beds to lay out on are wonderful. All of the properties affiliated with La Valise, Tulum in the area are amazing, we found ourselves never wanting to stray from the main one - due to the people, service and comfort. Without question - it is worth every dollar - and then some. Best Vacation Ever.
