Good location. Room service food was not good, also had mold in our shower, For the money, would never stay again. The breakfast was average as well. The staff was good, door man was great. But I would say again. For the price there are much nicer hotels in Paris.

The staff was professional and welcoming. In particular, Bellman, Mario was the first to greet us with a hello & a smile. He is the best Ambassador for La Maison! Front Desk agent, Aniella F. made our stay! She not only recommended fantastic restaurants & travel directions, she also ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was most gracious & even tolerated our broken French. Such an enjoyable stay & wonderful memories!

We read differing reviews but as loyal Marriott members wanting a boutique hotel in this area, we decided on this hotel. It's in a great location. For us, walking distance to the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe along with going to the Louve and the Eiffel tower was great. You can also catch the boat a block away for a moderately priced cruise to see the sites. Now for the best part...the service! The staff made us feel very welcome. Mario is a gem and so willing to help. He was very welcoming. Kim at the front desk was great as well. Our room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator which was a plus. Decent hair dryer (which is important to me) and good shower pressure. They also refresh the water every day which was really, really nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast where you can order off a small menu to supplement the buffet choices. It took about an hour for our room to be ready but they quickly took our luggage and gave us a drink voucher for the terrace. Time went by quickly and they came to get us with our luggage having already been delivered to our room. Our room was VERY quiet even though you are right around the corner from the Champs Elysees. Also, if tired, the cafe on the corner Grand Palacis (sp?) was decent and a super short walk. We also really enjoyed the bar at the hotel next door (we just wanted a change of scenery and the San Regis had a wonderful bar) Would totally go back to this hotel!
