Great boutique hotel!
"The service was excellent. Every morning, we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and fantastic service. The property has a great art deco and boutique feel. It was a combination of business and personal trip and addressed our needs. I highly recommend it, coming from an experienced and selective traveler!"

Wonderful boutique style elegant hotel
My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by the hotel staff and service, the cleanliness, and the quality of everything from linens/towels, food, decor, etc. We were only there for two short nights, but the entire staff new us by name and my wife's birthday. We only ate breakfast and had some drinks at the bar, but both experiences were extremely nice. We would defintely stay here again.

An Oscar for this hotel
The hotel deserves definitely 5 stars, as do the extremely nice and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is great - we were able to reach most of the sights on foot. Definitely the best recommendation for a hotel in this category in London.
