We stayed 10 days at tje Koi and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is away from the crowds so if you go and like to explore the island, rent a car. We were there for relaxation so we really enjoyed our stay. Keneisha and another gentleman (his name escapes me) at the front desk, took care of us and answered all of our questions. We got a beautiful suite overlooking the ocean. The sunrises are beautiful. There is always a good breeze, so no mosquitoes. We were visited one day by 7 or 8 monkeys rightnat the pool. The staff really make this hotel enjoyable. We had a great time with Carl, Tidane and Rachel just to mention a few. I would consider them friends now. We took the free shuttle to the beach and enjoyed the day. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would definately go back. The second restaurant was not open yet, too bad we would have enjoyed some sushi or pizza (they have the ovens but don't use them!!)

The location is remote and a little bit awkward if I’m being honest. The beach is shut off to guests as it’s full of seaweed and rough which is typical on the Atlantic side. A shuttle takes you to some local beaches at 10 am and returns at 3 at no cost to you. Once there you can rent a couple loungers for about 15$ us per day. Portion sizes were smaller and the alcohol was expensive. It wasn’t a bad trip but it felt empty and a bit weird with no one else around.

Beautiful island but this hotel is not as advertised. This is not a resort. Pros: - Nice décor and atrium - Suite was spacious (king bed, 2 toilets, bathtub, balcony) - Room was clean, housekeeping provided cleaning and fresh towels daily without request. Cons: - Location is isolated and road to access property is bad. Not within walking distance to beach, shops, or other restaurants. - Not a resort. A resort is usually inclusive of food and/or drinks. There are no amenities other than the spa at this location. No game room, no accessible beach, no activities. Didn't even receive complimentary water in the room. Not a good reflection on Hilton. - Reception staff is inconsistent and has poor communication. - No accessible beach. This hotel is on the Atlantic ocean where the water is rough. - No ATM machine. If guests need cash, they can get a cash advance from the card on file for the room plus a 10% surcharge. - Only one overpriced restaurant with subpar food. Restaurant staff seemed bothered. - The pool is only accessible through the restaurant. I never saw anyone in the pool. I would visit St. Kitts again, but not this hotel.
