Horrible experience
Horrible service. No one ever greets you and you are treated as though you do not exist. Snoopy staff. I asked for towels and trash bags at 11PM because my son got sick in the bathroom and no one ever came despots multiple phone calls. The front desk operator hung up on me when I asked for an update. Beyond terrible experience. Also to mention, the rooms are outdated and dirty.

Nothing wrong here. Clean. We had a Huge room. Wine hour. Coffee in lobby. Good location. It’s a bit on the older side but still in good shape. We had an excellent 3 day stay. Use Amex platinum for $100 food credit and room upgrade. All employees were smiling.

Great staff and amenities
Great welcome! Nice staff. Pretty hip and nice location. Quiet and options for those allergic to pets was appreciated! I would definitely return. A super nice touch is a free Lyft ride within 2 miles including to one of the nicest malls I have seen!
