November 2022
Stayed here in mid November as a couple and it was the last 3 days before the hotel closed for the season. It was a great time to travel in Santorini as the weather was sunny 20oC so perfect for walking around but not so good for beach swimming. There were a good number of people in Fira although many restaurants and accommodation complexes were closed (especially in Oia). Very friendly reception staff helped to organise airport transfers prior to our arrival and gave a map/ suggestions of activities to do while we were in Fira on arrival. The hotel itself is located as far down the cliff as possible which gives you unparalleled privacy and views directly to the caldera with no other buildings or hotels in your way. This does mean that there are around 70 steps to climb up to town from the hotel, however they are not very steep and the hotel staff assist carrying your luggage on arrival and departure. We chose the cavehouse suite which I could not recommend highly enough. It provided a super comfy large bed with a window directly overlooking the caldera, the perfect start to every morning. There was also a small private balcony accessed directly from the room which was lovely for an afternoon drink or to sit and watch the cable car from. The bathroom was a very good size with a lovely rain shower and all modern fittings. They also provided ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was provided each morning and served from a beautiful terrace overlooking the caldera. There were so many options to chose from including coffee, tea, fresh juice, fruit, eggs, toast, croissants, crepes etc. Everything was so delicious and set us up well for our activities of the day! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would give it 6 stars if I could. Will definitely return here on my next trip to Santorini!

A great location with a fabulous view. We selected this hotel for its location and we’re not disappointed. We booked rooms 7 and 8, a great room set up with a wonderful shower. A front porch sitting area overlooked the caldera with a great view. The breakfast was very nice with good variety. Be prepared for many stairs each time to enter and return. You must be able to handle stairs and be relatively fit to stay here. But that is true of most place on Santorini.

October 2022
I originally booked Keti for a visit in March 2020. But the pandemic derailed my plans. Keti -- in particular Elli, who seems to manage the property -- graciously allowed me to use the non-refundable booking as a credit toward future stay. So here I am, in Oct. 2022. I cannot be happier with Keti. The view from my room's balcony -- unobstructed view of the caldera -- is out of this world. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean. The service is first-rate. I was met by a porter who carried my luggage (lots of steps) to the hotel. Breakfast was the best I had on this trip -- you order from a long list. The food was delicious and the service was flawless. I will definitely stay with Keti again if I come back to Santorini.
