AWFUL!!!!!
“This has to be the worst place I have ever visited. Not only did I get robbed , but two other guest had there safe box broken into by the staff! The room door was locked and the safe box in the room was closed after they stole money. They aren’t interested in goods , only money. Was strongly advised by the hotel to use safe deposit boxes !!!!!! The staff and management don’t smile and are so so rigid and very slow. Very dull atmosphere. Also human poo in the pool. Please share as we would hate this experience to happen to others. Book here at your own risk, don’t say I didn’t warn you……”

Kai huts rooms
The hotel is definitely a place to rest and relax. During my stay here everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site has a full bar and a wide selections of dishes, favorite was fish plate. The beach beds are also clean and fun to just tan. I also indulge the spa massage in front of the beach. At night is entirely quiet and peaceful. The one thing I can say The hotel Can improve is having a receptionist at night. Loved the vibe and friendliness of the staff. Will definitely come here again!

One of the best experiences of my life
We stayed here at the Kai Tulum as a big wedding group. The hotel was fairly new back then and it was an amazing experience. The rooms/houses are really beautiful with right next to the beach. Comfortable beds. Very clean and nicely designed. The shower was amazing. Staying here was one of the best experiences of my life. So many laughter and happy memories. Oh and also margaritas for really good price.
