BEST RESORT ON THE ISLAND!
The JW Marriott Mauritius was truly an exceptional stay. Besides the beautiful beach, stunning resort and amazing food, what really set this resort apart from others was the service and staff who made our stay extra special. If I had any questions or needed anything at all during our stay Priya at the front desk would accommodate me above and beyond. She truly took care of our family. Tarvin and Reena served us during breakfast, lunch and dinner which made us thoroughly enjoy each meal. After we were full we could always count on Miguel to golf cart us back to our room! Truly unbeatable service. While we were hot under the sun, the pool restaurant bartender Jean Paul would make us delicious drinks (my fav is the lemonade) and Arvesh would serve them with a bright smile on his face while also taking the most amazing pictures of our family. Ultimately, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Mauritius and thank the wonderful resort staff for an incredible stay and service.

Simply Love this hotel
This was my eighth time to this lovely hotel, this time with my ageing parenst 91 and 87 and my kids 14 and 12. The staff could not have been more helpful in all aspects of our holiday to freely unpgrading my parents to a better room more suitable to their mobility issues. In particular Neha, one of the management team was unforgettable in her efforts to accommodate all our requests. The Japanese restaurant is awesome

Family, Super Host, Excellent Food, Great Atmosphere on one of the greatest locations Mauritius offers.
As always the feeling of a second home! Employees are all very professional and kind. They give you the feeling as you are a family member! Rooms are spacious and clean! Separate Toilet which is clean as well. Shower is spacious and clean The bed is as well spacious and the bedroom is very dark because of using a good quality curtains. It gives a better sleep. The butler service works very fast and accurate. This hotel is a good example how hospitality in Mauritius should work! Amazing stay again thanks to the Mariott family! Thnx Guys, you all are great!
