This hotel has blown me away. All of the employees here really take a personal interest in you, and help you for any and all needs you have. The employees are accustomed very well to the surrounding places to visit and do not force you to take a hotel taxi over an Uber/Careem alternative. The Imperium was where I would have breakfast each day, with made to order full English breakfast, pastries, juices, crepe station, and a South Indian breakfast bar too, you really had every corner of breakfast culinary delights available for your consumption. The Sultan Lounge is my go to place in the morning after breakfast, albeit being full from breakfast, for their special arabica bean espresso, accompanied with a complimentary Turkish delight. The smell of the coffee beans accompanied with the Oud smokes bellowing around the main atrium really created the perfect start for me in the mornings. I usually had this in the main foyer next to the quite marvellous water fountain, but equally ventured onto the terrace where there was ample seating area and marvellous views of the pools, and beyond further, the Atlantis The Royal. I didn’t have dinner in the Lebanese or Japanese restaurants, as ventured out most nights in the evening, but I did eat in Amala and the Zenzi Beach, the former a fabulously created Indian restauran with an equally matching menu for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Zenzi Beach was perfect for a light lunch or dinner, mixing South American / Peruvian cuisine wih Italian pasta and pizza. Really liked the outdoor eating on offer at Jumeriah and Zenzi really allowed you to observe and absorb the surrounding tranquility. In summary, I am so thankful for the opportunity to stay at Jumeriah Zabeel Saray and really want to thanks all staff who made my stay memorable. Until we meet again soon

The biggest thank you to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. We have been visiting this hotel for years, for every occasion, Honeymoon, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Babymoons and it’s perfect every time. The ongoing changes to the hotel mean we have something new to look forward to on each visit. On this particular visit during our baby moon, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray went over and above. From arrival everything was perfect, the room we were given was fantastic and the service was exceptional. Unfortunately, my daughter became poorly during our holiday and we had to extend our stay and the hotel did everything they could to make our stay easy and comfortable for us. As a parent, there is nothing more important in the world than receiving this level of service when thousands of miles away from home. In particular the biggest thank yous to Nazeer Ahmed, who ensured we were well looked after throughout our stay, Earl from the Club lounge for the excellent service we received during every single visit and making my children feel very comfortable and Ishan from Amala who has looked after us during every visit for years. Also the Sinbad kids club has been fantastic as my son was left quite lonely for several days but they provided him with endless entertainment and he became very fond of all the staff in there. Generally, everyone at the hotel was just lovely and our biggest gratitude towards all the staff. Looking forward to next stay here.

I stayed in a suite and had a terrible experience. This hotel has gone completely downhill and I wish I read the trip advisor reviews bashing it before I booked. Everything was an absolute disaster from the check in, to random room charged on our bill, to the staff completely unable to fulfil simple requests. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
