Best experience ever from all the hotels I visited. It starts the moment they help you fro. Your bag. Then Jamaica the evening manager helping as check in with full of information and accommodations explained. Then being catered to by Frances and Alyssa with our food … what a great experience.

Best water sports in all of Dubai no joke I had the best time ever these guys trained me only once on the electric surf board n then I booked for 5 days to ride every morning cause of how peaceful it was such an amazing staff and everyone is funny and communicative very good hospitality Hehe I went crazy on the surf board the jet skies and sea Bob these guy told me I’m nuts cause of how fast I went but they loved it I LOVED IT THANKS TO PETER AND AHMED AND HASSAN WHOS MY HABIBI I LOVE THESES GUYS WE be back infinite more times don’t wanna go with anyone else i had such a great time it was unbelievable Wish you guys nothing but fun with these people Be nice ❤️❤️❤️ God bless Thank you That electric surf board was built for me

my experiences and observations during my recent stay in Dubai, as a frequent holiday-maker to the city. Upon booking a drinks package with you, my husband and I anticipated all-day beverages, specifically as promised across the hotel's various outlets including restaurants, pool area, and cafe. The front desk acknowledged this, however, the lack of communication among the staff led us to explain our litany of inclusions repeatedly; an inconvenience which made my us regret opting for the package. Our dealings with your staff, notably by the poolside, were rather unsatisfactory. Despite spending considerable amounts on lunches, the service fell short of including basic necessities like cutlery or napkins. Additionally, the security incident that transpired on the Zabeel Saray premises was quite unsettling. The fact that it was treated as merely a police concern by the local management, without any intervention on their part, was surprising, to say the least. The stark inconsistency in service quality was apparent in the contrast between our experiences at the Amara restaurant and the Talise Spa. The former was commendable for its exceptional service and exemplary food quality, whereas the latter, although equipped with excellent facilities, was a case of hit-or-miss service. I still await communication from your team about an incident I reported at the hotel, including a feedback report ensuring your commitment to make amends. My observations also extend to the hotel rooms that, although spaciously laid out, showed signs of poor maintenance, evident in factors like unclean premises and limescale on the showers. Coupling these issues with subpar service resulted in wasted time and stark disappointment. Moreover, the hotel's location at the end of the palm necessitates an hour-long traverse through traffic if one intends to explore Dubai. In conclusion, the experience at the Zabeel Saray did not align with my expectations and left much room for improvement. While undoubtedly a grand property, I can't help but feel there are a thousand other choices in the city that could perhaps offer a better experience.
