Homely atmosphere soothing environment good vibe
My overall experience staying in the hotel was really good and I always look forward to stay in jumeirah only, wonderful homely atmosphere, great hospitality, loving staff, amazing food, comfy beds beautiful room clean bathrooms with all amenities in it

Duplicate Charge on My Credit Card
I checked out last Thursday after staying 3 night and there has been double deduction on my credit card I called them 5 times international and sent 1 email. Still no answer from them Confirmation number: 4673155131 PIN code: 7222 Terrible Service

Simply Amazing experience
Very nice experience , very clean and high friendly members. everything was so great and you will feel highly proud with given services. taste of food was super and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. i strongly recommend this hotel to any visitor to Dubai
