Jumeirah Beach Hotel

I and extremely disappointed with the service of this hotel. My husband and I stayed here in September. Upon check in they gave us a room with which we’re not happy with so they moved us about 5 hours later when we need were heading out for a dinner reservation. Upon our return from dinner ect. We got into bed and the bed was sunken in on my side. I tried to sleep it off as it was 12pm I tossed till 2am then called the front desk. They said there is nothing they can do but put layers of blankets under my sheet and move rooms the next day. They only moved us the next day at 3pm. We’re going to be checking out the next day. Our stay was not pleasant and they did meet our demands after having this terrible service all they offered me was a late check out. The next day. Even moving rooms we had to wait hours calling reception many times. We were assisted by their manager Haleema who was not very helpful. I am still waiting for them to get back to me bcs I did complain after and they said they will see what they can do still haven’t heard back.

Breakfast was good Staff so helpful and polite , Abed was a joy , so happy and enthusiastic Food choice and quality was great Nice way to start the day Hotel overall is really good, beach area is great and we loved that we could get a buggy Souk Madinat

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. As it was our honeymoon we had chocolates dates and a large chocolate cake in our room which was a great surprise. The standard of service and friendliness from everyone who works at this hotel is second to none. The hotel is spotless and the restaurants varied and cater for all.
