Excellent family resort, with so much to offer. From the moment you arrive to the day you leave the staff make you feel at home. Service was an A+ wherever you went. property is clean and activites organized, Located just a few minutes from the airport it was an easy and smooth ride, booked transfers with top choice Jamaica tours, they are highly recommended and have good rates. At the resort check in was fast room is clean and has nice decor. Pools and beach all great. restaurants all amazing and have a great selection no complaints there. Fitness was on point and fun to participate. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend this resort.
Our stay at the Jewel Grande Resort was amazing. The family enjoyed their stay and the Kids loved the kids club. The Fitness was exceptional, they offered: TRX, Bootcamp, Hiit Abs, and so many more classes. Also, shout out to Kevin your Fitness Instructor who taught fantastic classes. Jewel Grande is the number-one resort.
This resort is BEAUTIFUL! I will say it has a more family feel/couple looking for relaxation feel so if you’re looking to meet other young people to party with, you won’t find it here. There is nightly entertainment with music and dancers that starts at 8:30pm and ends at about 9:15pm, then there’s the clubhouse that’s supposed to have a club/party vibe (closes at 10:30pm). The hotel has airport pickup available for $33 roundtrip per person. Lots of restaurants to eat at and unlimited drinks. It’s hard to choose a favorite restaurant but my least favorite restaurant was the Hibachi one, which is the only one that needs reservations. We were in the C building (junior deluxe suite) which I believe is newly renovated so our room was a dream! The staff are all friendly and willing to help. The spa is gorgeous but you pay for it separately - it doesn’t get added to the room. Overall, I had a great time with my partner and would stay here again.
