VERY RELAXING BREAK
Cannot speak too highly of this hotel. We stayed here some years ago but I feel the hotel has improved since then. All staff are very friendly, the housekeeping is first class, towels changed twice daily which is not really necessary. Only had breakfast in hotel but again this was excellent with superb choice of hot and cold foods. Small things that made a difference, bath robes that fit111 fluffy towels comfortable beds. We had a super room which had a large terrace and walk in wardrobe, free water every day. Spotlessly clean everywhere and location excellent, close to many restaurants and bars.

First class relaxing break
From the minute we arrived we were looked after so well. The ambience of the hotel is first class. Without exception all the staff were friendly and catered for our every need. We have been to the hotel many times over the years but this time they excelled themselves. They must have realised from my passport that it was my birthday whilst we were there and delivered a bottle of bubbly to our room. Exceptional customer service, well done.

5 star stay
From start to finish our week was relaxing , our welcome drink on the veranda , then shown our lovely room , we had a superior sea view room with a balcony and it was extremely comfortable with maid service morning and evening also we ordered ice to the room most evenings which was happily accommodated . The pool was heated which made it so much more appealing and plenty of sun beds available without the dreaded ‘reserving’ as this was not allowed . The evening entertainment was of a high calibre .we were bed & breakfast and the breakfast had plenty of options to suit everyone , the food was not quite hot enough for me but perfect for my husband. The hotel is situated in the upmarket Plaza del Duque but with easy reach of pocket friendly restaurants along the fanabe beach strip . We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a high quality experience in well run hotel with kept grounds .
