Jardín Tropical Hotel

The Dream Jardin Tropical is a fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs. Greeted by the Conciege with Prosecco or Orange Juice and shown to the reception desk. He then took our bags to the room and answered our questions. The room with balcony was perfect. Just a standard room but fine big bathroom, tea/coffee facilities and v comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want to start your day. The breakfast staff, especially Conchi, were most attentive. . The pool and poolside facilities were lovely. Lots of staff on duty to help you enjoy your stay. The hotel is ideally suited for long walks along the prom or trips to the beech. Highly recommended!

It is absolutely a lovely hotel set in a wonderful location, food brilliant, anything you could want to eat is there, staff also very helpful and friendly, however I would say this is not a hotel with anybody with mobility issues...which I have and my Father who is 85 yrs old, there are very few railing and lot's and lot's of steps to go in and around the hotel itself (plus it is an upside down hotel, reception is on the 5th floor for for example, breakfast on the 3rd floor, we were on the 2nd floor) hope you get my drift, it took us of our holiday to figure out how to get anywhere!! We did try the American Grill which is part of the complex for dinner (which you have to book for) but it is the same menu as there lunch one!! The snack restaurant is good, but massive portions...so you really need a big appetite!!

Recently returned from a 5 day stay at this lovely hotel in Adeje, Tenerife with my 12 year old daughter. The reviews are correct. This place is fantastic. Such a chilled, relaxed atmosphere and very good staff all round. Probably the best check in at any hotel I've been to. Met at the doors by the friendly staff who took our cases. Then offered a fresh cooling drink whilst we checked in. Cases taken to our room, and within 45 mins, we were in the pool!! Exactly what we needed. This was February and the weather for the 5 days was 18 to 22 degrees. Just right. The main pool is heated but still a bit cold until you've dipped under then it was lovely. No issues for us getting a sunbed and the free towel service is great. Bars and restaurants in easy reach of the pool. Ice cream too. What more could you ask for. Our room was 312 and more than adequate for me and my daughter. Small balcony, but it's still nice to sit out there. Bathroom and walk-in shower perfect. The restaurants were great and some brilliant characters working in them. The food choice and quality we had were excellent. Live music in the bars at night with a beautiful backdrop of the lit up pool area. You must try the sunset bar at the very front near the sea. Lovely. Great hotel location, too. No hills to climb up. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return for some more winter sun. THANK YOU
