We would like to express how wonderful our holiday to JA Palm Tree Court has been. We very rarely write a review so we hope management takes note! We had the best, most relaxing time. The staff are wonderful! John, Marilin and their team of magnificent butlers including David and Noble made our stay outstanding. Thank you Marilin for your high quality, superb customer service, we appreciated all your help and always with a smile. We were also looked after by the pool staff, Vish who was excellent, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, we cannot praise him enough, perfect! We would also like to thank Saul and Mustakim who were first-rate, so attentive, polite, kind and provided a brilliant service. Our one bedroom suite was totally amazing, very roomy and the views were beautiful. Housekeeping were great too! The food was very good and breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from (thank you Sanjay for your great service). The staff definitely made our stay the best one yet and we are hoping to return again in April 2025. It makes all the difference when you feel so looked after. Thank you Palm Tree Court, we would rate it 5+++ stars if we could for the exceptional service.

Successful 5 star ‘all inclusive’ is almost impossible to achieve. Inevitably compromises are made. Doesn’t mean that the JA Resort is not a very nice place to spend a couple of days or a couple of weeks Visited Palm Tree Court in early October so the Resort occupancy would have been down. Sea view Junior suite was a good size, huge bed and nicely presented. This is a big 3 Hotel resort, catering for a very diverse customer demographic, with each hotel offering something slightly different. It may take you a few days to explore and see which parts work best for you with the holiday ‘package’ that you have chosen. The entire resort was very clean, tidy and well maintained. Lots of staff who were friendly and helpful but not perhaps always where they were most needed and could perhaps do with some more support. Early evening in the White Orchid lounge springs to mind. We had some of the best ‘a la carte all inclusive dinners’ and service ever in the White Orchid. With the exception of Republik the restaurant service elsewhere was very good and the quality of food was always consistent. Nice to see ‘most’ male restaurant guests making an effort and wearing at least tailored shorts in keeping with the surroundings. Unfortunately however during the day, even when the occupancy is relatively low, the beach based offerings fall back into a more typical ‘all inclusive’ service that you will find elsewhere throughout the UAE. Pool bar service was at best ‘slow’ resulting in queues to get served and the outdoor food was a little disappointing. Service and assistance generally in and around all of the pools was in most cases, rather surprisingly, just non existent. If you want a decent lunch and some proper service you will need to go indoors The ongoing closure of the main Palm Tree Fontana pool and restaurant puts added pressure on The White Orchid and limits your Palm Tree food options. Breakfast early to avoid the crowds and an unusually high number of children. The remaining smaller dedicated Tamr swimming pool is also simply not big enough to support the Palm Tree guests. We stopped using the Tamr pool on day two as it was so busy and this was compounded by guests who were reserving pool loungers early in the morning with help from the staff. Admittedly a bit of a ‘pet hate’ but the pictures attached show the Tamr pool and Beach Hotel poolside before 08.00 on a Thursday morning. Hotel policy to clear unattended loungers is not enforced. Young families are also, understandably, drawn to the smaller Tamr pool as it is shallow but I was surprised to see just how many children were staying at the Resort in October. When the work at the Palm Tree Court is finished it will make a big difference to your stay and I would then be more than happy to return, but perhaps only during the quieter months, not only for some good food but hopefully for a slightly smoother and a more relaxed stay.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast is for sure one of the best that me and my family had ever tasted. For us, only two small things can be better, the first one is that the pool on tree court hotel closes too early (19h), almost immediately after the pool lights are on, we, as guests, cannot use anymore. And the other thing is that after the sun goes down, is almost impossible to go to the beach because if way too dark, if there is any kind of way to put more lights in the beach, will for sure be better for the people who likes to enjoy the beach during the night.
