Great break with young family
Just back from a great week at Palm Tree Court with my young family (3 & 15 months). PTC was peaceful and well connected to the livelier JA Beach Hotel where we originally booked. The pools are great for kids and the attentive staff are great with kids and adults alike. We were made to feel like VIPs! Having been disturbed by noise from outdoor events on our first night, hotel management responded very promptly to my concerns and moved us to PTC and I can’t imagine booking anything else for when we return - it was perfect for our needs.

Best Place to Stay with children!
We were In Ja Palm Beach Caurt already the second time. First time I was pregnant with my second child now with daugter 5 years and Son 18 months. The space which this place has to offer is amazing! Lots of different activities . Our older one loved the kids room with outdoor water activities, pizza making ect. We had a bachelor Marleene ( she was the best)! She made reservations for restaurants for us, give All the necessary info about Dubai, metro, transport anywhere. She even picked up our daughter from the kids room :) We loved the Stay and will definitely come back soon!

friendly and professional staff amazing place for kids
lovely place with so many good restaurants and spa, sports facilities, horse riding, kids club etc. The staff they are very friendly and helpful. My baby boy had so much fun riding in their buggies around the resort. Also a big thank you to Miss Putu at sports cafe who took good care of us and made sure my baby was having a good holiday too.
