The Shangri-La front desk is extremely unprofessional and rude to international business travelers. I would have expected much better service quality given the premium hotel prices. Very disappointing.

The reception staffs and guest relation team is very helpful and friendly, and gave us warm welcome and useful tips and advice to enhance our stay. The room is newly renovated, and is very comfortable and cozy, with a great view over the harbour.

We stayed one night at the grand premier harbour view room which was newly renovated. The room is really nice. It was our anniversary. The Guest Relations(GR) team has surprised us with flower, card and chocolate, which was really sweet. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Nice room, nice view, friendly staff, warm service. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!
