Wonderful Stay at InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown
My family and I recently stayed at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very new and modern, and the staff was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Valencia and his team for the exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He kindly arranged a nearby room for my in-laws and even provided a pack and play for our little one. His attention to detail and willingness to help exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel is also convenient for exploring downtown LA, and the views from our room were simply breathtaking. We highly recommend the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of the city.

More glitz than comfort
Well promising on some levels a so so experience overall. Definitely not a place for business people more of a local special night out place. Awkward elevator and multi level hotel makes it cumbersome to get around. Plastic glasses in the room still . Paper cups for coffee. The views are stunning that is for sue. So for a fun weekend fine but not a place for business people. PS-- due to the new buildings there was no sun at the pool at 1 pm. No spa.

The only hotel i can stay and feels comfort with the staff in Los Angeles. All is good.
I wrote this because i try many hotel in Los Angeles which because i am asian, i feel the staff so rude . But this Intercontinental is good service. Room is big and quite. Try to work in the lobby is very nice.
