Nothing to show.
This is a typical 4 star hotel with the usual amenities. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious. However, there was a loud party under the hotel in the evening and it was difficult to sleep.
Incredibly disappointed. Don’t stay here. I booked two nights for my wife’s anniversary. I ordered 26 hours before check in, a small pastry and flowed. When we arrived 8 pm by the way, they had nothing prepared. Even a room with a king bed (not twins) was not guaranteed. We went to the room, surprise destroyed: no flowers, no cake. Air conditioner control not working. Called the reception 5 times. No response: called 9 and 450 and no response. Impossible to talk with reception. This was the worst hotel in Ibiza in all my life: destroyed our anniversary and price vs. Quality does not worth it. Don’t stay here
We stayed at the Corsa for 6 nights from the 6th Sept 22. On arrival our room appeared clean and comfortable and on the surface functional. However on opening curtains found the left window had a huge diagonal crack in it. I did ask if the hotel was aware of this and they simply said 'Yes' I asked if it was safe and the receptionist said yes it is on the inside. The mini fridge was very warm. bit like an airing cupboard, again I asked at reception and was advised mini fridges are not like domestic fridges. I asked that the fridge be repaired or exchanged this took 3 requests. The cleaners arrived at 4.30pm or later on first 2 days on holiday, this was when we were getting ready to go out. We could not have our room cleaned due to this, so just had clean towels on the second occasion I telephoned for bins to be emptied in our room, a receptionist knocked on my door with a bin bag for me to deal with rubbish. My husband eventually sorted this asking that cleaning took place between 9.00am - 2.30pm and after this cleaning wasn't an issue. We know the domestic staff work very hard and do not blame them at all - but the reception response to our polite request about an earlier clean was met with 'we will try but cannot guarantee' We felt the breakfast was nice and a good selection to meet all tastes and the chef in particular made lovely eggs and bacon. The kitchen and waiting staff seem to work very hard. We were disappointed there was no information in the rooms to give the number of reception, local information or breakfast/checkout times. Also no information about kettles or irons being available. We wanted to go on a Catamaran cruise and could see one leaving everyday outside the hotel, we wanted more information and asked the three reception staff doing nothing behind the counter if they could advise all shook their heads and one pointed out the window and said just go and ask on the boat, which was busy and not in a position to answer queries in the end we missed the opportunity. My view was that perhaps the reception staff seemed to have some sort of joke going on where they gave minimal interaction and passed off as many queries as possible without being obviously rude. My other thought was that they really dislike their jobs and are bored and unmotivated - we saw little evidence of reception staff doing anything unlike other service staff in hotel and at the pool. This would be a lovely hotel but could not recommend as reception staff and management are not doing their jobs adequately
