When arrived at the Hotel the person who attended us was new that week and learning but with help all ok. We had booked a Star Prestige room with see view which was as up to exaptation's and so was the area on the roof provided. All staff was very friendly and helpful apart from general manger who has forgot customer comes first in fact quit arrogant. Food in was ok in fact breakfast was best i had in any hotel. Most of food was ok depending on the time it was put onto counter so most time was cold apart from the meat and fish which was cooked in front of you. Deserts were also very good. We had all-inclusive which included all drinks and all main brand drinks. The only faults we found really was the location of the hotel as was a short taxi drive into the towns at about 10 euros each way and access into the sea with no beach area or promenade as described in brochure open.

Food: absolutely amazing, plenty options and all of them are fantastic. The food could be warmer though. Rooms: lovely rooms, the bed is really comfy and the views from the balcony are perfect!!! The sound isolation is non existant Staff: what can I say? Best part of this hotel. They make you feel welcome since you arrive. The front desk staff is fantastic and we got to meet Jonathan the assistant manager who's a true gentleman. The bar staff, cleaners, everyone there deserve a raise! Entertainment: excellent most of the time except one night there was a band called Summer Live. We had to get out of there because the singer wouldn't stop screaming!!! Definitely not for this place! Pool: excellent pool to relax, nice and big! Location: we loved it, nice quiet area, easy to park. Overall, a great stay, I would definitely come back!

We visited the hotel via jet2 holidays on half board with star prestige in May 2023. If you book star prestige this is what it actually is….you will be allocated a room on the 5th floor. The rooms are not huge but nicely presented. There are complimentary drinks but the fizz and red wine is complimentary on arrival, if you want more you have to pay. There is a turn down service which is sporadic at best. There is an allocated seating area in the restaurant but be mindful that any drinks ordered, including water, are chargeable and if you try and bring any from the star prestige bar or water dispenser you aren’t allowed. One morning at breakfast offered cava and one dinner time also offered cava but these were only 2 times in the week so didn’t understand if this was included or not so again sporadic. There is one poor girl running around so we found the allocated seating could be full or unmade tables when we went down so ended up sitting in main restaurant area which is not star prestige. You are allocated a hours time window for breakfast and dinner. The star prestige rooftop pool area has a kitchenette which is the open bar. Limited branded alcohol, small amount of wine open and the rest is locked in a wine fridge, soft drinks in another fridge which is unlocked. Sometimes monitored but twice had to ask for vodka to be replenished and one night, about half 7, there was no ice, ice scoop, bottle opener or wine available. Snacks come out 10-12pm and 4-6pm including sandwiches and mini muffins. Coffee machine is there and a small inside eating area, so if it rains there isn’t really anywhere to sit outside. There are concrete benches that face each other and a couple of low beanbags but not a comfortable space. There are NO loos on the 6th floor so have to go back to your room. The food at breakfast and dinner is just awful - cold, repetitive, bland, tough meats, undercooked sausages. No words for this really….dreadful and food is cold. You can’t use star prestige access at any other bar so you feel isolated on the 6th floor and the kitchenette gets locked up about 10.15pm so after that you will have to pay. No entertainment the week we were there as they didn’t have a license but didn’t inform Jet2, or customers on arrival, so we weren’t missing much sat on the rooftop! The hotel is nearer to Es Cana than Santa Eulalia and if you do walk to Santa Eulalia it could take over an hour depending on fitness and heat. For the money spent for a week in May I wouldn’t be rushing back to this hotel however the staff were lovely, but managers need to step up
