Yet another great holiday, booked here for a surprise holiday for the hubbys big birthday, we had stayed here before and loved it, and this visit was no different, A slight problem was picked up by house keeping with our first room, and we were offered a room near our original room, which we were more than happy with, nothing was ever a problem, we loved the atmosphere of this hotel, the staff, the pool, the drinks the food were all nothing short of fantastic, must say, if you love a game of bingo which is a laugh a minute, then this is the place to come, The hotel is in a ideal location, a short walk down to the beach, there is a shopping centre across the street, and a 25 minute stroll into las Americas if you fancied getting out, But to recap, this is a great all round hotel. They will have you coming back, We are booked to go again end of may ….can’t wait xx

We especially enjoyed the food here. There was plenty of choice, the hot food was hot, and the self service for drinks made a huge difference. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The only negative was that the sun loungers were all a bit packed together as it is a busy hotel. Additionally our basic room was very basic and we wished we had upgraded. We were on the ground floor near reception so it was incredibly noisy when trying to sleep. The showers all leaked along this corridor too so it was always flooded in water.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days in January and had another enjoyable holiday. A very warm welcome at reception on arrival. Recognised many guests who had been there when we holidayed in January 2022. All the staff are very hardworking and friendly no matter what job they do. A big shout out to Mary in the restaurant, you are a ray of sunshine, also to Brahim, not forgetting Abdel in the bar. Although we did not participate in the activities, Johnny, entertainment always took time to have a chat with us. Unfortunately we thought the entertainment was not as good as it had been previously. Good selection of food in the restaurant and my favourite was the Mexican themed night. A huge selection of branded drink, but sadly no Captain Morgan spiced rum☹️. We really like this hotel and have already booked to come on 17/4/23. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
