Sister birthday trip.
The hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We loved how the food was seasoned at the buffet and the Petit Pariz restaurant. It was nice to have a shuttle to take us shopping. It was my sister’s birthday, I ordered a cake to be delivered to Petite Pariz restaurant and the staff song happy birthday to her. However. the AC in some of the areas of the hotel was not working properly. Over all we had a great time.

Amazing experience at Hotel Ziva
One bedroom suite was massive with 2 bathrooms and amazing oceanfront view and pool. Great food, grateful space and great food. Jamacia is a beautiful place. I learned so much about Jama IA. I can't wait to go back. Please try the lair of mount zion atv...Great experience

Definitely not what we expected, first when we arrive in the adult side, mentally we done, walls around no lobby. next day after complain the move us to the kids side, better, but its was the idea. also its NOT all included we are very disappointed we fallow in love whit the hotel in Punta Cana but not even closed.
