Hyatt Zilara Great Time
Our 4 th time to Hyatt Zilara didn't disappoint.. We had 2 couples with us for their 1st visit to Zilara .. They enjoyed and said they would come back . Special thanks and notice to Anthony at Choicez But really missed him at Westend Cooking .. Changes at Westend and Anthony not being there was only disappointment from previous visits .. Also Francene was wonderful at courtesy desk . I lost my watch and unfortunately didn't get it back but Inram at the pool towel area did everything he could to find it .. Above and beyond .. Thanks Again Joe Carr

Wedding of our dreams
Natresha, our wedding coordinator was the absolute best. She exceeded our expectations in every way possible. She was kind, caring, professional, and attentive. We could not have asked for a better coordinator.

Great food
Food is great. Staff is rude! Resort is small but good if you don’t want to walk far. Walls are thin I could hear my neighbors on Both sides cough! If you want to just eat great this is a good place. The music played was not the best. They should play Jamaican music over the music of choice. Thank god I had my own speaker although they don’t want you to have a speaker on the beach .
