What a truly wonderful experience and a perfect introduction to the beautiful island of Jamaica. While it is on the pricier side, you certainly get what you pay for. The staff were extremely polite, and no request was too much trouble. A special mention goes to the receptionists, concierge, our cleaner, and the management team – Nathan, Adrian, and Russell. The onsite gym is comparable to my regular gym back home - definitely a highlight. As well as the manicured landscaped greenery! Although there were a few minor inconveniences during the stay, the way they were handled made them insignificant in what was otherwise an outstanding visit. Highly recommended.

Where do I start.... Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Rose Hall was all I expected. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, customer service, the food......everything was on point. Every team member was welcoming, pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The rooms and property in general are immaculatey kept. I will definitely be back.... two days just isn't enough to truly enjoy this property.

No running water in rooms for 24 hours while being informed it would be fixed with 4 hours of check in. No attempt to comp our time/money/rolm without multiple calls and finally asked to speak to manager and got moved to Jewel Grand. That process was timely. Full day spent transferring reservation. They continued to check in folks to this resort with no running water. As a business owner this was a poor move.
