- Stayed for nearly 2 weeks at the Hyatt Madeleine in Paris - Was positively impressed in many ways; this is an exceptional property and hotel - Great value, quite clean and modern, outstanding quality all-around - The staff were quite friendly, helpful, always going out of the way to make the stay as comfortable as possible - Lots of small details of incredible hospitality, from the front desk staff to the maids/cleaning staff to the restaurant/F&B staff - Many many thanks to Marine (the Guest Experience Manager), Margaux, and Thomas for their leadership. Marine really went all the way to make the stay special and personalized. - The bellmen Louis Marie and the strong Tibetan gentleman - exceptionally helpful - Natalia at front desk also a gem, so friendly, kind, and welcoming. - Breakfast staff also went out of the way to make it like home - Highly recommend; one of the best stays ever in Paris

Hotel Madeleine immaculate and gracious in every way. The staff excellent and attentive. Sparkling clean and the restaurants a respite at the end of the day. Our room spacious and very quiet. Many times is Paris and this hotel exceeded expectations.

I had a fabulous experience from the start. I was warmly greeted by Marine, the guest experience manager. Then I was upgraded to a high floor room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The king size bed and high quality bedding made my sleep situation super comfortable. The bathroom amenities were Clarins and plentiful. Nice towels and robe. Laundry service was prompt. The breakfast had a nice variety and all the items were delicious. The area of the hotel is quiet and not in the middle of tourist mayhem. The metro is a short walk and there were also buses in the area. Getting around the city was easy like one stop to the Opera area. It's also easy to walk form the hotel to the many interesting spots on the right bank. Every evening there was free wine and beer offered in the lobby. I would return to stay here on my next Paris visit.
